I woke up this morning with a tummy bug and am not feeling very well at ALL, ugh- yes, I skipped my long run, yes I am very upset about that but hopeful for tomorrow!  As I was on my way to die a slow miserable death horizontally on the couch I checked my email and was happy to see that Whole Foods Market had reached out to me, offering a give away of FIVE (yes, 5- I keep re-reading the email and it still says 5!!!) slots to the sold out 10th anniversary running of the Nike Women’s Marathon in San Francisco this October 20th.

Please note that this give away is just for a ticket to register, NOT a paid entry to the race- winners will have to pay for their own entry, transportation, commemorative schwag, etc.

I know you know this will be my 4th Nike race and I know you know that I put together a group ID for the Nike lottery in June- and WE ALL (nearly 300!) GOT IN!!!!- so if you decided not to register for Nike SF via my group yet now wish you had, you still have a chance!!!!

You know you want it.

You know you want it.

To enter for a chance to win one of these coveted slots, please visit my RaffleCopter widget here and follow all the prompts to gain entries- and remember, you can tweet/pin/share once a day if you want more entries! Entries are counted through the RaffleCopter widget ONLY.

If you are a lucky winner, you will be able to chose the half OR the full distance when you register and provide payment.

I will be taking your entries through midnight on August 14th and will announce the winners later that day via my Facebook event page as well as on this blog post– if you are a lucky winner, YOU WILL HAVE TO EMAIL ME to claim the slot so be sure to check back on the 14th!

Please let me know if you have any questions and good luck!!!

thank you for this opportunity to once again compete against myself. not anyone else. also to prove the doctors wrong. they said i should not run because of another cocdtion i had, which i am healed from. i never give up. today i had surgery on my right and elbow. so i am typing one handed. using my left hand. i am a not one to give up easy
